- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I live on SSI and Cigna disability benefits. It's not much. In fact, I have trouble payin' for normal livin' expenses! To make things worse the PNPD recently scammed me out of 1000 bucks! They ar- rested me for drivin' w/o a seatbelt, and impounded my car. It costed me 1000 bucks to get it out! I've been tryin' to get my money back ever since. It didn't even help that I graduated from the police academy in '84 with Paul Lemoine, the chief at PNPD! We both worked for the Port Arthur Police at the time. AIN'T LIFE GRAND? Still tryin' to get MY money back! I've contacted Congress; DPFS; Justice Dept; FBI, etc. Haven't heard anything. I'm goin' a different route, now. I'm thinkin' that by arrestin' me for DRIVIN' W/O A SEATBELT; lockin' me up for 6 hours; subjectin' me to a body cavity search and chargin' me 1000 bucks to get my car out of impoundment they all violated my civil rights. I tried to get the names of the 2 dufus cops responsible. The police secretary told me to get a lawyer! Otherwise, I couldn't get their names. I just call 'em the "Major General" and "Buford Pussar" I don't just want my money back anymore. I want all of the idiots involved to do prison time. They can experience just how much fun it is to be bullied by authorities. Won't the other inmates be happy to see 'em in prison stripes? The PNPD is made up of renegades who trample the rights of the innocent, and then attempt to cover their tracks. Pray you're not threatened with a gun by Gene Barker; assaulted at the Y by Mrs Pete Hicks and Steroid Ed; or beat to hell by your brother! Police don't bother with those cases. But Lawd, if you drive w/o a seatbelt you're gonna be bustin' rocks and eatin' bologna sandwiches at county jail. Over there Harold Garner 'll pass by occasionally and sneer at ya like you're a felon.
